Job Description
The Director of Workflow Operations will be expected to develop a working knowledge of all existing business lines and be able to trace an order through workflow from receipt through shipment and billing using all of our operational software. This person will need to have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to identify areas for improvement, create and implement plans to bring those improvements into workflow. The candidate must be able to work with the Director of Pharmacy on operational initiatives, the Business Development team on customer issues and the Finance department for budgeting and decision making. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Entry Manager, Fulfillment Manager, LTC Billing Manager and Inventory Manager
• Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the operational workflow in collaboration with Director of Pharmacy, Compliance Officer and COO
• Identify areas for operational improvement, create and implement plans to bring that improvement to action
• Work with Business Development Team to address customer issues including root cause analysis
• Manage relationships/agreements with external vendors such as delivery services
• Create and manage relationships between Operations and Inventory
• Evaluate overall performance of employees and processes by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data with suggestions for improvements

Additional Skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Visio a plus

• Driver’s License, the position requires local travel

Requirements
Management experience in a distribution based business, 3-5 years
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Pharmacy experience a plus
